- eighteen apples (or enough to fill a six qt slow cooker)
- one half tablespoons vanilla
- two teaspoons cinnamon
- one half cups sugar
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
Peeled & core apple and cut it to slices.
Put the apple slices in the slow cooker along with the vanilla.
Cook for eight hours on low.
Mash the apple. Add cinnamon and sugars.
Cook on low heat for six hours.
Blend in mixer until smooth.
