Baked Bbq Ribs

Take the meat out of the refrigerator and remove it from its packaging two to three hours before cooking.
Mark the rib of beef on all sides over high heat for about one to two minutes: both sides and also all the slices all around, even on the bone side. Either in all by adding all the sides for about ten minutes.
– With a covered barbecue, steam for five minutes per side.
Put the meat on one side, close the lid and cook for five minutes. Then turn the rib of beef, close and cook again for five minutes.

Raise the grill then cook for a good five minutes on each side.
Then place the cooked rib of beef on a board, cover it with aluminum foil, tightening well all around the meat. Leave to rest for five minutes, covered, before cutting and serving.
