Baked Chicken Thighs
- six bone-in chicken thighs, skin on (about five or six ounces each)
- two tablespoons olive oil
- two or three teaspoons chicken seasoning or Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to four hundred twenty five degrees F. Laying baking tray with tin foil & placing baking rack on top.
Dry the chicken skin with a paper towel to remove any moisture.
Put the chicken in olive oil and season with spices, salt and pepper.
Place on rack and bake for thirty five to forty minutes or until chicken temperature reaches one hundred sixty five degrees Fahrenheit.
Roast two to three minutes.
