Season the chicken to your taste and refrigerate one to two hours, up to overnight.

Put the chopped vegetables on the bottom of the baking dish, put the chicken on top and pour a third of a cup. Broth at the bottom of the plate
Bake uncovered for forty five-fifty minutes. Every twenty minutes, put the chicken dripping into the bottom of the pan.
