Ingredients / for eight people
- three very ripe bananas
- two hundred twenty five g flour
- one hundred fifty g sugar
- forty g crushed walnuts
- two eggs
- one handful of raisins
- two tablespoons of rum
- one teaspoon baking soda
- half teaspoon of salt
1-Preheat the oven to two hundred °C (thermostat 6-7).
2-In a large bowl, mash the bananas, add the eggs and mix vigorously.
3-Add the dry ingredients to the banana mousse.
4-Add the nuts, raisins and rum.
Placing dough in buttered cake tin, bake in oven for one hour.
