Banana Cream Cheesecake cake
- a quarter cup Oreo cookie crumbs
- two tbsp. butter, melted
- half package (125 g) cream cheese, at room temperature
- half banana
- two tbsp. sugar
- one egg
- three tbsp. sour cream
- one C. sugar
- a quarter c slivered almonds, toast
Preheat oven three hundred fifty °F also placing rack in middle. Line eleven cm springform pan with paper.
In the mold, mix the breadcrumbs with the butter using a fork, then press down well. To book.
In a food processor, grind cream cheese, half banana and sugar until smooth and homogeneous. Add the egg and lightly mix again.
Pour into the pan, then bake for thirty five minutes.
In a bowl, combine sour cream and sugar, then set aside.
Let the cake rest for five min, then top with sour cream and almonds.
