- three packs of instant French vanilla pudding
- five cups of milk
- eight ounces of sour cream
- one small container of Cool Whip
- one pack of vanilla wafers
- six bananas
Using a blender, blend three packages of pudding and five cups of milk. Mix until smooth (about two minutes).
Add sour cream and mix. Stir in a cold whisk. (I also use the blender for this part.)
Line a large baking tray (I’m using a 9×13 glass pan) with the vanilla wafers, then the banana and half of the pudding mixture. Repeat to layer the waffle, banana, and the rest of the pudding mixture. I like to crumble the vanilla wafers on top to finish it off. Refrigerate overnight.
