Banana Split Cake !!!
- two cups graham crackers
- one stick of butter
- four bananas
- one can crush pineapple
- 2/3 c cream cheese
- two c confectioners’ sugar
- two cups sliced strawberries
- one tablespoon frozen, shaken
- one jar maraschino cherrie
- two c walnuts or pecans
Melt one stick of butter and mix with 2 cups of graham crackers. Placing in bottom of 9″ * 13″ baking pan.
Mix cream cheese with confectioners’ sugar using an electric mixer. Beating well also & pour on graham cracker crust.
Drain the crushed pineapple well and place on top of the sugar/egg layer, then layer the banana and strawberry slices in layers.
Next, cover this with leather. Strain out the maraschino cherries and place them either randomly or on top of each serving. Sprinkle walnuts on the face. Refrigerate for two hours before serve.
