2 slices of bread (white, wheat, sourdough or any other type you prefer)
2-3 slices of cheese (Cheddar, Swiss, Gouda, etc.)
1-2 tablespoons of butter
Heat a pan that doesn’t stick on medium heat.
On one side of each slice of bread, spread butter evenly.
Put one slice of bread on the pan with the butter side down.
On top of the bread in the pan, put slices of cheese.
Put the buttered side of the second slice of bread on top of the cheese.
