Buttery Pecan Snowball Cookies
- two small cube soft butter
- half+ 1 c. powder sugar
- two tsp. vanilla extract
- two ¼ C. Flour
- one C. Finely pecan
Heat oven three hundred fifty degrees.
Add butter, half cup icing sugar, vanilla extract, salt, and flour to a blending bowl. Mix till a clean paste is formed.
Fold chop pecans to dough mixture.
Wet your hands and form the dough into thirty six equal-sized balls of dough.
Place dough balls on a baking tray coated with parchment, and bake for twelve minutes.
Leave the cookies to chill completely.
Putting cup of powder sugar in flat bowl.
Roll the biscuits in powdered sugar and serve.
