CABBAGE SOUP ROLL
- one tsp olive oil
- four hundred fifty g (one lb) semi-lean ground beef
- one chop onion
- half savoy cabbage, sliced
- °1.5 L (6 c) beef broth
- one hundred twenty five ml (half c) long-grain white rice
- one can five hundred forty ml tomatoes
- three stalks thyme
In-saucepan, heat oil heat. Cooking ground beef for four to five min, breaking up meat with wooden spoon, to it has lost its pink color.
Adding onion, garlic & cabbage. Cooking for two min.
Adding broth, rice, tomatoes also thyme. Bring to boil, & simmer on low-medium heat for twenty one to twenty six min.
