CABBAGE SOUP ROLL

Ingredients:
  • one tsp olive oil
  • four hundred fifty  g (one lb) semi-lean ground beef
  • one chop onion
  •  garlic
  • half  savoy cabbage, sliced
  • °1.5 L (6 c) beef broth
  • one hundred twenty five  ml (half c) long-grain white rice
  • one can five hundred forty ml tomatoes
  • three stalks thyme
Preparation
In-saucepan, heat oil  heat. Cooking ground beef for four to five min, breaking up meat with wooden spoon, to it has lost its pink color.
Adding onion, garlic & cabbage. Cooking for two min.
Adding broth, rice, tomatoes also thyme. Bring to boil, & simmer on low-medium heat for twenty one to twenty six min.
