  • Parsley

Directions :

Coat the salmon lightly with olive oil.

**Instead of dry ingredients, you can use 2 tablespoons of Blackened Scrumptious Spice Mix.
(Seasoning Salt, Cayenne, Paprika, Old Bay, and Black Pepper)

Seasoning Salt, Cayenne, Paprika, Old Bay, and Black Pepper make up the seasoning mix. Sprinkle it on both sides of the salmon and spread it out evenly.

About 3–4 minutes per side on a cast-iron skillet or outdoor grill on medium heat (May Be More Or Less, Depending On The Thickness Of Your Salmon).

Broil salmon for 1 minute on one side only to give it more color and char.

Make Cajun Butter Sauce with WhipSomethingUp

On medium heat, add heavy whipping cream to the sauce pan.

Stir for 1 minute on medium heat after adding the white wine.

Add Butter And Let It Melt.

Stir in the chicken broth and Alfredo sauce until the mixture is creamy.

Mix in the seasoning mix and stir.

Spread ” WhipSomethingUp Cajun Butter Sauce” on the salmon.

For shrimp:

After you’ve cleaned and removed the shrimp’s heads and tails, season them with white pepper, onion powder, and cajun seasoning, then set them aside.

Melt butter over high heat and add minced garlic.
Put shrimp in the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they turn pink.

Pour the Hennessy into the pan and keep tossing the shrimp.
The smoke will come out of your pan.
Don’t trip, it’s just the alcohol burning off.

Add Brown Swerve and crushed red pepper, and continue to toss and coat the shrimp in the Hennesy sauce as it thickens.
Take the shrimp out of the pan and sprinkle them with parsley.

Enjoy !!
