Cheesy Garlic Scalloped Potato
- one kg of potatoes
- one hundred fifty gr of garlic & herb cheese (Boursin type, Mme Loïc)
- twenty five cl liquid fresh cream
- twenty five g of butter
- one clove of garlic
- Salt pepper
In a saucepan, heat the single cream, the butter and the garlic & fine herbs cheese. Season with salt and pepper and mix well to obtain a homogeneous preparation.
Peeled & cutting potatoes into tranches and arrange them in gratin dish previously rubbed with a clove garlic.
