Cheesy Garlic Scalloped Potato

  • one kg of potatoes
  • one hundred fifty gr of garlic & herb cheese (Boursin type, Mme Loïc)
  • twenty five cl liquid fresh cream
  • twenty five g of butter
  • one clove of garlic
  • Salt pepper
In a saucepan, heat the single cream, the butter and the garlic & fine herbs cheese. Season with salt and pepper and mix well to obtain a homogeneous preparation.
Peeled & cutting potatoes into tranches  and arrange them in  gratin dish previously rubbed with a clove garlic.
Pour the mixture on top and bake for fifty minutes atone hundred eighty °C.
