Coconut custard pie!!!
- two cups of milk
- one cup shredded coconut
- four eggs
- one teaspoon vanilla
- half cup all-purpose flour
- seven tablespoons butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- a quarter teaspoon ground nutmeg
Put milk, coconut, eggs, vanilla, flour, butter and
sugar in a bowl and mix well.
Pour into a greased and floured pie dish.
Sprinkle nutmeg and a little coconut on the face.
Bake at three hundred fifty degrees for forty five minutes.
Take it out of the oven and let it cool.. Put it in the fridge until it’s done and cooled.
