CRANBERRY ORANGE CAKE
- half cup butter or margarine
- one cup of sugar
- one egg
The zest of an orange
- one ½ cup flour
- one teaspoon of baking powder
- Add a pinch of salt
- half cup orange juice
- Slivered almonds, dry cranberries and white chocolate chips to taste
Mixing flour and baking powder..
Cream butter with sugar and the egg.
Adding orange zest.
Adding about 1/3 of the flour mix and then half of orange juice. Mix well.
Adding flour also orange juice again. Mix again. Add the rest of the flour and mix well.
To finish, add slivered almonds, dried cranberries, white chocolate chips to taste.
Pour to a buttered and floured tube pan, and baking at 350°F for 50 min to 1 hour
