Cream Cheese Lemonade Pie
- one Roll of shortcrust pastry
- three eggs
- one hundred g brown sugar
- one sachet Vanilla sugar
- eighty g Flour
- one l Milk
- two tbsp. tablespoons Sugar (optional)

Preheat the oven to th. five (one hundred eighty °C).
Bring the milk to a boil. At the same time, beat the whole eggs with the brown sugar and the vanilla sugar then add the flour.
Slowly pour the milk into the mixture, stirring with a whisk. Book.
Butter a high-sided pie pan and line it with the shortcrust pastry.
Prick the bottom with a fork then pour the flan mixture into it. Bake for fifty minutes. If the dough browns too quickly, cover the pie with aluminum foil.
A few minutes before the end of cooking, sprinkle with brown sugar if desired. Take the pie out of the oven and leave to cool, then refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
