- 1.5 pounds chicken breast boneless and skinless
- 3 cloves garlic chopped or left whole
- 10.5 ounces cream of chicken soup
- 3/4 cup chicken stock
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup butter
- 0.6 ounces of Italian dressing mix I used Good Seasons
- 1 pound angel hair pasta
Use nonstick cooking spray to coat the inside of the slow cooker.
Add the breast of chicken.
Throw in the garlic.
Melt the cream cheese and butter in the microwave.
Mix until it’s smooth.
Add the cream of chicken soup, but don’t water it down.
Mix in the Italian dressing mix and the chicken stock.
Whisk until everything is well mixed.
Pour over the breasts of chicken.
Cook on low for six to eight hours with the lid on.
Cook the angel hair pasta right before the chicken is done.
You can put the chicken on top of the pasta.
