This is a great meal for a slow cooker, and my family still says so. I know I’ve burned them in some foods before, and I’ve worked hard to fix that, but this isn’t one of those recipes.
ingredients:
- 3 lbs red potatoes – cut into quarters
- 6 (3/4-inch) boneless pork chops (or bone-in, if available)
- 1/2 c olive oil
- 2 tsp dry ranch seasoning
- 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons butter – cubes
How to make :
On medium to high heat, cook pork chops in an oiled pan. (optional)
Oil, ranch, and apple cider vinegar are mixed together.
Putting sliced potatoes and ham in the slow cooker. Pour the ranch mix on top, and then toss the potatoes to coat them evenly.
Put cubes of butter on top.
Three hours of cooking on high heat. Low, 5-6 h. Salt/pepper to taste.
Enjoy !
