Dole Whip Recipe!!!
- two c froze pineapple
- a quarter cup milk of your choice (try canned coconut milk for a smooth Pina Colada!)
- 1/16 teaspoon salt
- Pinch of pure stevia extract, or two tablespoons of sugar of your choice
- one tablespoon lemon juice
Mix all ingredients until smooth. Scoop out an ice cream scoop or squeeze it into a pastry bag, johnnas machine, or plastic bag with a cut edge. (If your blender isn’t very sturdy like a Vitamix, you may need to add a little liquid and then freeze a little before serving, or stir it into an ice cream maker.) For a smooth serving that keeps its shape longer, freeze batter rippled dough before serving. At least twenty minutes.
