HAWAIIAN CHEESECAKE BARS
- two cups of flour
- one cup of sugar
- two cup of butter
- sixteen ounces of cream cheese
- four TBS of sugar
- four TBS milk
- two eggs
- two tsp vanilla
- sixteen ounces crushed pineapple, drained
- two cups grated coconut
- two TBS melted butter
1 – Mix the flour, one cup of sugar and one cup of butter. Pat the mixture into an un.greased 9 X 13 pan. Bake at three hundred fifty for fourteen to nineteen minutes. Cool slightly.
2 – Mix the cream cheese, four tablespoons of sugar, milk and eggs. Stir in vanilla and drained pineapple. Spread over baked crust.
3 – Mixing coconut and 2 tsp of melt butter. Sprinkle over pineapple filling. Bake three hundred fifty for fifteen to twenty minutes.
