Homemade cinnamon roll cake
This recipe is one of the most requested cake recipes in my house. My family loves it!
- one can (15.25 oz) yellow cake mix
- four egg
- 3/4 c vegetable oil
- one tsp vanilla
- one c sour cream ()
- one c sugar brown
- one tsp ground cinnamon
- two c powder sugar
- three tsps milk
° Preheat oven three hundred twenty five °F. Coat 9×13 pan with nonstick spray and set apart.
° In bowl of your stand mixer, mix cake mix, eggs, oil, vanilla also sour cream. Blending on low speed for thirty sec, then increase speed to and blend for two minutes, scraping down sides .
° Spreading cake batter to your prepared pan. In bowl, whisking brown sugar &; cinnamon. Sprinkling it equally on top your cake.
° Using a butter knife, gently fold the cinnamon sugar into the cake batter. Don’t swirl too much, as you want slivers of the mixture throughout the cake.
° Bake for thirty five to forty minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean.
° Leave the cake to cool for fifteen to twenty minutes.
° In a medium bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar and milk. Pour it over the slightly warm cake. Let the icing set !
