Homemade Peanut Butter Jelly French Toast
- one egg or substitute 1 teaspoon of cornstarch
- one cup canned milk
- one tablespoon sugar
- one teaspoon vanilla
- half teaspoon cinnamon
- two tablespoons butter
- Peanut butter, jelly & banana
In a bowl, mix eggs, sugar, milk, vanilla and cinnamon. Make peanut butter and jelly with a banana in the middle. Adding butter to skillet & heat on medium/low heat. Dip the sandwich carefully into the egg mixture quickly. Then put it in the skillet. Cook each side for three minutes or until light golden brown.
++ Mix two tablespoons of sugar and half a teaspoon of cinnamon
Once the French toast is done, dip in the cinnamon/sugar mixture!
