- one pound minced meat
- one large egg
- ⅓c breadcrumbs
- ¼ c parmesan cheese
- one tbsp. minced garlic
- one tsp fresh chopped parsley
- Salt / pepper to taste
- one tsp olive oil
- two c marinara sauce
- eight Mini Huji Rolls
- twelve slices of Asiago cheese
How to make it:
Heat oven to three hundred fifty degrees.
Preparing baking tray with non-stick spray.
Add ground beef, eggs, breadcrumbs, garlic, Parmesan, garlic, and parsley in a bowl.
Use your hands, components work together.
Add salt / pepper.
With the ice cream scoop start forming meatballs.
Add oil to the skillet and heat it to a medium heat.
Add meat ball one at a time to the hot skillet.
Cook for five minutes or until charred on all sides.
Placing meatballs on baking sheet covered with foil in oven.
