- Two round store bought sponge cakes
- Or make your own..
- 2 cranberry jelly
- green jellies
- 500 ml fresh cream
- 1 liter of milk
- 6 tablespoons of custard powder
- 3-4 tablespoons of sugar. or to taste
- Pecans for decoration
If you want, you can decorate with strawberries.
Follow the instructions to make each kind of jello separately.
Put 1 Greengage and 1 Raspberry in the freezer so they can harden.
Put the other two in the fridge to cool, but don’t set them.
Bring the milk and sugar to a boil. This will make the custard.
Mix the custard powder with some milk, and when the milk starts to boil, add the mixture. Turn down the heat, beat with a whisk, add the paste, and stir until it gets thick.
Put it away from the heat and let it cool.
Mix 3–4 tablespoons of castor sugar into the cream until it gets thick.

Crumble another piece and mix in the raspberry jelly that hasn’t set yet. Blend well.
Add a few drops of green to the green and a few drops of red to the red.

Add cream to the top
Then put strawberries and pecan pieces on it to make it look pretty.
