Mounds-Bars with just 3 ingredients
- three cups unsweetened shredded coconut
- fifteen oz sweetened condensed milk
- fifteen oz semi-sweet or dark chocolate
In bowl, blend coconut also condensed milk.
With cleaning, damp hand, shape coconut mixture into twelve logs, placing every on a parchment-lined sheetcookie.
Freeze for about twenty to thirty minutes.
In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the chocolate in the microwave on high power for thirty seconds. Mix well. Then microwave at fifteen second intervals, stirring in between, until completely melted.
Use forks to dip each of the coconut bars in the chocolate, then transfer them to the parchment-lined cookie sheet.
Let the chocolate on the bars set.
