No-Bake Orange Creamsicle Cheesecake!!!
- elevne ounces vanilla wafers
- one half cups sugar, divided
- four tablespoons melted butter
- sixteen ounces soft cream cheese
- sixteen oz heavy cream
- 1 3.3 oz can of orange gelatin
- one cup boiling water
- Zest from one orange
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- half cup powdered sugar
Place the vanilla wafers in a food processor and blend until smooth.
Add 3/4 cup of sugar and melted butter and mix to combine.
Grease the bottom and sides of the mold nine spring.
Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of the pan slightly.
Put it in the freezer for thirty minutes.
Beat cream cheese & rest sugar to smooth.
In bowl, mix gelatin & boil water. Whisk to dissolved.
Peel the orange and leave it aside.
Beat heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
Add half of the whipped cream mixture to the cooled gelatin and add the orange peel. Whisk to blend. Sit aside.
Add the rest of the whipped cream mixture to the cream cheese mixture.
Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
Pour two cups of the orange whipped cream mixture over the cream cheese mixture.
Gently brush the remaining cream cheese mixture over the orange mixture.
Pour the remaining orange whipped cream mixture over the cream cheese mixture.
If desired, take a butter knife and gently glide through the layers of cream cheese to stir.
Chill for at least six hours
