No Bake Reeses Cookies
- four c Rice Krispies cereal
- one c light corn syrup
- one c granulated sugar
- one 1/5 c creamy peanut butter
- five regular size Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
- half c milk chocolate chip
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside and place your Rice Krispies in a large mixing bowl
In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine your corn syrup, sugar, and peanut butter and cook over high heat for two to three minutes, stirring every thirty seconds until your mixture is evenly combined combined.
Pour your peanut butter mix on Rice Krispies also blend
Now blending your chocolate chips
After a few minutes, stir in your crushed Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups to prevent them from completely melting.
Place your treats with an ice cream scoop and on your lined mould, let cool, then using your hand or a spatula, flatten them slightly.
