PAULA DEEN’S five MINUTE FUDGE
- two tablespoons butter
- 2/3 cups Carnation milk (small can)
- one 1/3 cup sugar
- half teaspoon salt
- one half cup miniature marshmallows
- half cup walnuts or pecans
- one half cups semi-sweet Chipit’s chocolate
- one teaspoon vanilla
Mix the milk, butter, sugar and salt in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Continue over low heat for about 5 minutes.
Remove from fire. Add vanilla, marshmallows, chocolate and nuts. Stir the fudge until everything is melted.
Pour to a butter 8 inch square pan.
