Peach Cobbler Muffins !!

To preparing cake:
  • 1 a quarter c flour
  • 1 half t baking powder
  • half t salt
  • 2/3 c sugar
  • one cup chopped fresh (or canned) peaches
  • half cup full fat milk
  • one  egg
  • a quarter  cup vegetable oil
  • one  tsp vanilla

To top streusel:

  • 1/6 c flour
  • three tsp sugar-white
  • 1/3 tsp baking-powder
  • 1/3 tsp cinnamon
  •   four  tablespoons cold unsalted butter


+To prepare the cake:
1- Preheat oven three hundred fifty °F also prepare  muffin tin with twelve  muffin c.
2- Adding flour, baking powder, salt also sugar in  bowl & whisking.
3- Add the peaches and stir well until covered.
4- Add the milk, eggs and oil and stir with a rubber spatula until the flour disappears.
5- Divided batter evenly to muffin cups (for 3/4 full).
To take first place:
1 – Mix the flour, sugar, cinnamon and baking powder in a small bowl and stir.
2- Add the cold butter in pieces and cut it with your fingers into the flour mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
3 – Top cakes with a spoonful of streusel topping.
4- Baking at three hundred fifty °F for twenty  minutes to golden brown
