Peach-cobbler

Ingredients:
  • six to eight  freshly peaches, peeled & sliced
  • one piece unsalted butter
  • one c flour
  • one c sugar
  • one c brown sugar
  • one t baking powder
  • Half a t salt
  • one c milk
  • one t vanilla
  • juice half  lemon
 Methods :
 Step one: Preheat the oven to three hundred seventy five  degrees Fahrenheit.
Step two: Pour melt butter to center of 9 x 13 inch baking dish, do not spreading butter around pan.
Step three: In a separate bowl, mix the flour with 1 cup sugar, salt and baking powder. Pour milk also vanilla extract,
And stirring to blend. Pour mix on butter, but do not stirring.
Step four : Adding brown sugar, peach tranches & lemon juice to  saucepan on high heat. Stirring constantly to sugar
Step five : Pour peaches on mixture. Don’t move.
Step six: Baking for forty – forty five min
Step seven : Serve warm, cold or with a spoonful of ice cream.
