Philly Cheesesteak Quesadilla
- two hundred fifty g Steak inside round
- one unit Green pepper(s)
- one unit Yellow onion(s)
- one unit Tomato(es)
- one hundred g Mozzarella
- fifteen ml Steak spices
- two whole wheat tortilla(s)
- eighty ml Sauce mix (mayonnaise, sriracha)
Cut the bell pepper into thin strips. Thinly slice half the onion and chop the other. Cutting tomato to small dice.
2. Cook the meat
Heat a drizzle of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook thinly sliced onion and bell pepper three to four minutes. Salt and pepper. Add the meat strips and spices and cook for two to three minutes. Remove from skillet and wipe dry.
3. Make the salsa
Mix the tomato with the chopped onion, a drizzle of oil, 1 tbsp. at s. of wine or cider vinegar, a pinch of sugar to taste, salt and pepper.
4. Fill the tortillas
Top half of tortilla with cheese and meat mixture. Close the tortilla in a half-moon. Children can garnish their tortilla to their liking.
5. Bake the tortillas
Add a drizzle of oil to the pan over medium-high heat. Cook the tortilla for about 2 minutes on each side until browned.
6. Mount the plate
Cut the tortillas into wedges. Serve with spicy mayonnaise and tomato salsa. Enjoy your lunch!
