Pico de Gallo
- one tomato
- two green onions
- two tablespoons chopped coriander
- pinch of salt
- lemon juice
Wash the tomatoes and cut them into small cubes.
Cut the onions into thin slices.
Put the tomatoes in a bowl, add the chopped onion and coriander and mix well.
Add salt and lemon juice and stir again.
Put on a plate and serve
