Pork Chops with Scalloped Potatoes!!!
- four pork chops
- forty g of butter
- four hamburger cheeses
- ten cl of dry white wine
- twenty Cl of fresh cream
- one case of mustard
- BBQ spice
Preheat oven to two hundred twenty °C.
Mix melted butter, white wine, cream, mustard, and barbecue spices.
Place and brush the cream on the pork chops in a gratin dish then place the cheese on top.
Bake at the bottom of the oven for about thirty five minutes
