- one onion
- one carrot
- A handful of chopped celery
- two cloves minced garlic
- tablespoon butter
- two and half cups chicken broth
- two tablespoons flour
- a cup of milk
- two small diced potatoes
- four cups broccoli florets, small cubes
- one cup shredded cheddar cheese
- one tsp Parmesan cheese
Chop onions, carrots, celery and garlic in a food processor, melt the butter in a saucepan over a medium heat and add the chopped vegetables. Stir for five min
Add flour, salt and pepper, stir well, add broth, milk and potato cubes, bring to a boil and leave for fifteen minutes.
Add broccoli sprouts and Parmesan cheese, and simmer for five minutes. Add cheddar cheese, stir well, then remove from heat.
We take two c soup & grind them in blender, putting them in saucepan.
