Roasted Brussel Sprouts !!
- fifteen brussels sprouts, halved lengthwise
- one 1⁄2 tablespoons butter
- °11⁄2 tablespoons olive oil
- three garlic clove
- Fresh Parmesan cheese (optional)
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Melting butter also olive oil in skillet (over medium-high heat) to butter is foamy.
Reduce heat to, adding crush garlic also cooking to lightly browned.
Remove and discard the garlic.
