Roasted Carrots, Potatoes & Onions
+For 4 people :
- four hundred g carrots
- four potatoes (Agata)
- three tsp of fruity olive oil
- one clove garlic
- one ginger
- one pinch pepper
- one pinch coriander powder
- one pinch cumin
- one pinch cinnamon
- Salt pepper
Peel and chop the garlic.
Mix the spices and add the minced garlic.
Peeled also washing vegetables.
Cutting carrots to sticks & potatoes to cubes.
Pour the oil into a bowl, add the spice mix, salt, pepper and mix.
Add the vegetables, stir to coat the spices.
Preheat the oven th.7 (210°).
Line baking sheet with paper baking.
Add the vegetables, let them cook for thirty minutes, turning them from time to time.
