Roasted Carrots, Potatoes & Onions

Ingredients :
+For 4 people :
  • four hundred g carrots
  • four potatoes (Agata)
  • three tsp of fruity olive oil
  • one clove garlic
  • one  ginger
  • one pinch pepper
  • one pinch coriander powder
  • one pinch cumin
  • one pinch cinnamon
  • Salt pepper
Methods  :
Peel and chop the garlic.
Mix the spices and add the minced garlic.
Peeled also washing vegetables.
Cutting carrots to sticks & potatoes to cubes.
Pour the oil into a bowl, add the spice mix, salt, pepper and mix.
Add the vegetables, stir to coat the spices.
Preheat the oven th.7 (210°).
Line baking sheet with paper baking.
Add the vegetables, let them cook for thirty minutes, turning them from time to time.
