Roll Taco Bake
- one can (eight ounces) refrigerated original Pillsbury Rolls Crescent Rolls (8 count)
- one pound ground beef
- 3/4 cup Old El Paso thick sauce
- two tablespoons El Paso taco seasoning mix (from a 1-ounce package)
- one c cheddar cheese (four oz)
Heat oven to three hundred seventy five degrees F. The extracted dough separate into eight triangles. Place in ungreased 9-inch square pan or 10-inch pie plate; Press the bottom and top sides to form a crust.
In 10-inch skillet, cook beef over medium heat eight to ten minutes, stirring occasionally, until completely cooked through; sink. Add sauce and taco seasoning mixture; Simmer five minutes. Pour the meat mixture into a frying pan lined with crust; Sprinkle cheese.
Bake for fourteen to seventeen minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese has melted. ServIing with lettuce and tomato, if desired.
