Steak and Cheesy Bacon Potato Rounds
- four minced steaks of one hundred fifty g each
- twelve slices of bacon
- Salt & pepper
- one lettuce
- two hundred g cheese
- two tbsp vinegar
- four tbsp olive oil
Preparation of recipe
Prepare the salad: detach the romaine leaves and slice them, cut the cheese into cubes or shavings using a peeler, season at the last moment.
Heat a dry frying pan, brown the bacon for a few minutes and set aside.
In the same skillet, cook the minced steaks, according to the desired degree of doneness, salt and pepper them.
Serve with minced steaks decorated with slices of bacon and accompanied by cheese the salad.
