- 2 pounds. Minced beef
- 1 Taco Seasoning Package
- 1 Can discharge corn
- 1 Nacho cheese soup can
- 32 ounces. Frozen Tater Bag
- 1 1⁄2 Grated Cheddar cheese
How to make
Preheat oven 350 degrees.
Add the mince to a large frying pan over medium-high heat and cook until the meat is cooked all the way through.
Remove any extra fat.
Turn down the heat and mix in the taco seasoning.
Cook for about 2–3 minutes.
Mix in the corn and the soup until they are well mixed.
Keep coking for another minute or two.
Pour the meat mixture into a well-greased 9-by-13-inch bread dish.
Spread the mixture evenly over the potatoes.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Take out of the oven, sprinkle with grated cheese, and bake for 5 more minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
