Vegetable Beef Soup
- four hundred fifty g (one lb) beef cubes
- seven hundred fifty ml (three cups) beef broth
- fifteen ml (onetbsp.) garlic
- two potatoes cut to cubes
- two carrots cut into small cubes
- one minced leek
- one chopped onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
- two hundred fifty ml (one cup) green peas
In the slow cooker, place all the ingredients, except the green peas.
Cover and cook for seven hour hours thirty minutes to nine hours thirty minutes at low intensity.
Add the green peas to the slow cooker and stir. Cover and continue cooking for thirty minutes at low intensity.
