Whipped Cocoa Buttercream Frosting recipe
- one hundred g Butter
- two tbsp. cocoa powder
- two hundred fifty g Icing sugar
Calories = Very High
Whip the butter using an electric mixer to make it creamy.
Gradually add the sifted cocoa and sugar and work the mixture for a few minutes until you obtain a foamy cream. If necessary, add a little milk if the mixture is too dense (or add a little sugar if it is too liquid).
The buttercream is ready to garnish cupcakes or other cakes of your choice.
